I am sorry you were not happy with your move out process. If you could provide the name of the lease holder or the property that you rented we could better help you.  However I would like to address some of the comments you have made. 

 Inspections were addressed and agreed to in your lease that they would most certainly happen during your stay.  We complete inspections every 6 months unless there are issues that come up that require us to inspect damage that has happened to the home. As far as showings go, it is stated in your lease that 60 days prior to move out, we start marketing and showing the home. We do call and text all tenants before showings. We do not just show homes without notice. All this is outlined in the lease and is signed and agreed to by all tenants prior to move in. 

As far as move-out, our inspector is a male and his name is not Christina. Christina does not complete inspections, this is done by our male inspector. We have never completed a pre-move out inspection with any tenant on any home. We go over the written lease with the tenants that explains the move-out process but we DO NOT offer complete PRE move-out inspections. 

As far as charges, you are provided with an itemized list of damages that you would have caused to the home and that is what you would have been charged for as well as any unpaid rent or invoices or late fees.
