The next week I noticed the leather was now cracking from the strong leather cleaner they must have used. Now my vehicle is a 2009 Mercedes and European Cars are known to have the thickest and best leather grade in car manufacturing. When I called back they agreed to examine my vehicle. I showed up and they gave me the cold shoulder and made me wait for an hour. After an hour passed by the gentlemen takes a look at my car and states it was like that when he got it and he claims to have forgotten the whole ordeal about how he cleaned my car after my first complaint.
Next time I suggest better go to the dealer, spend a little more an not have worries in the back of your mind.? I went online and googled this company to find out have many bad reviews on Google Maps.
They recently hired an SEO under the name Thunder SEO in San Diego to cover their tracks. If you are looking on a review on an SEO Company in San Diego, DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THUNDER SEO. These creeps try and hide the negative reviews with fake ones. If you look at http://d36.demandforced3.com/g/index.jsp?id=106033&i=1101 this is where they posted their fake reviews. Come on now 3 reviews in the same day, that's impossible in the automotive repair, just look at other auto repair shops and they don't have this type of pattern. Prior to his the company seldomly received any reviews until they had bad ones. SEO Companies that support businesses by trying to hide reviews should be looked down upon, why surround your business to help a shady business. That is why I would not recommend both these companies.

We believe this report to be a hoax. We have checked our service records and there is no record of Griffin's Automotive Repair doing any work on any 2009 Mercedes at any time. This would be very unusual for a car this new to be brought to us for service. Any 2009 Mercedes would still be under full factory warranty and any repairs would be performed free of charge at the Mercedes dealer. We would request the original author to provide an invoice number of the service that was allegedly performed at our facility.
We take great pride in our reputation at Griffin's Automotive Repair and are very proud of our reviews. To our knowledge, there are no fake reviews for us on any reputational website. Every review we have seen is from a customer of ours. You can see some of our reviews here:

We also take great pride in keeping customer's vehicles clean while at our facility. We do our best to keep them clean. On the rare occasion that we do make a spot on the interior, we use nothing but organic, gentle cleaners both for the environment and for the care of customer's vehicles.
We also pride ourselves in customer service and would never give a customer a "cold shoulder" as stated in the original report. Any customer can bring any concern to us and it will be handled promptly and professionally.
