Charged $50 for "Signature Service" but was given a mess to clean up.
- Drain plug was loose and was dripping oil and used oil covered the back of the engine, suspension, and drive axle causing more drips and puddles.
- Engine over-filled by 1 quart (I suppose to compensate for the loose drain plug?).
- New oil was spilled on engine top and not cleaned up.
- Windows and outside mirrors were "cleaned" with an oily rag causing difficulty in seeing.
- Interior was not vaccummed (if it was, I could not tell).
- Requested "mechanic" to push loose O2 sensor wire clip back into place. Said he would but did not.
This used to be a decent service center. Something bad has happened there.
