DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

 I ordered a clutch for my 1999 ford ranger, they sent me a completely wrong crutch off a different car. Tried exchanging it but I couldn't talk to anyone over the phone. I called 18 times over the course of 5 weekdays, every single time they took 5-15 minutes to "look up my order". then they would either hang up or say their shipping department is at lunch or some other fake excuse. 

I paid my mechanic an extra $200 since he had to install two clutches into my car since the first one was wrong. grip force did not want to pay for the return shipping for the wrong clutch they sent. They also made me pay for the replacement clutch that thankfully was the correct one. I paid to return ship  the wrong clutch out of my pocket in hopes that I would get refunded for the wrong clutch. now they received it and they are saying that they can't refund me because it looks installed. 

I've tried calling them many times and can never get any help or answers. They won't even send me back my clutch or the refund!
All this company is interested in is making Money! They don't care about customer service or ethics! DO NOT TAKE THE RISK!!!!
