You think you are signing up for the $14.95 plus $7.95 shipping and handling for one unit and tack on another $7.95 for a second "Free" unit for the special offer.  OK, simple right?  You give them your address and credit card number.  Been there, done that.  Then you go through several windows where they then try to upgrade you to the deluxe model that supposedly is more robust.  Okay, maybe I will bite.  Then a few more attempts asking about additional bonus offers, no thanks.  Just when you are ready to review your order and click accept.....TOO LATE!  You are looking at an order confirmation screen.  To add insult to injury, the whole order is doubled and the shipping rates almost equal the cost of the merchandise.

Its impossible to contact anyone during the day, the phone rings twice then hangs up automatically with an "All circuits are busy" response.  I finally did get through at about 9:45 PM, but was told my order had shipped and and the only recourse is to  return the merchandise I did not want, and get a refund.   I bear the cost of shipping the item(s). 

I did contact my bank about stopping payment if by check, but this is online ordering and the only recourse is to dispute the charge once it has actually cleared. 

So, let the buyer beware as they say.  I cannot do very much but let the process play itself out.   I've ordered online many times and have had many positive experiences but this is definitely not one of them.   Their adds are deceiving, there is a bait & switch tactic to get you to spend more money, shipping costs are in the stratosphere and you are not even aware of what the total costs will be  until its already a "done deal".    I'm very disgusted and merchants like these make it bad for the honest ones out there.  No more infomercials for this guy!
