October 2007, received complimentary book in mail. Never ordered it, no one in my immediate family ordered the book.

Nov. 2007, received 2nd book. Said would be billed at later date if kept. Figured they would only charge it to us anyways if sent back. Never asked for it, so what do I care, we kept the book.

Dec. 2007, received two more books in mail. Kept those as well. Figured they would only charge it to us anyways, if sent back. Never asked for it, so what do I care, we kept the book.

Jan. 2008, receive bill for books. Call and argue with person on phone about never ordering books. Told them we will not pay for books. They said the only way to void charges is to return books. Told by company they would sent return address labels (and they would pay for postage).

Feb. 2008, receive return mailing address labels. Return ALL books and any additonal materials, such as CDs. Sent items USPS, using certified mail, thinking this would detour them in saying books never arrived.

March 2008, get collection agency letter saying we owe....something like $30. After tracking certified mail, USPS delivered items on Feb 27. Just noticed it took 15 days to deliver item! USPS also corrected mailing zip code, which was originally given to me by the company (another scam). They should be brought up on mail fraud!!

I guess I'll have to call the company after Easter weekend. They'll make up some BS story. WE WILL NOT pay the money. Anyone else that does is crazy AND stupid. Your credit rating will not be affected by a rip-off company doing unethical business practices.
