I originally ordered the Fmily Bible Cards in August 2001. I received about 20 sets of cards which I paid for. The last cards I actually received was about February 2002.

Then this company started billing me for cards I did not receive. I called to inform them of this. (I had to call Missouri and Connecticut directory assistance to get the number).

In June 2002, I told them I had not received any cards, but had received a bill for $35.00.

I received a bill due Dec 11, 2002 for $101.37 from
90 Sherman Turnpike, Danbury, Connecticut 06816.
I received a bill due Jan 8, 2003 for $102.84 from Family Bible Cards 2931 East McCarty Street, Jefferson City, Missouri 65101.

I received a bill due Feb 5, 2003 for $104.31 and this letter was signed by Joseph Stanton Director, Audit addressed from Family Bible Cards 2931 East McCarty Street, Jeferson City, Missouri 65101.

All of these letters threatened to sendaccount to a "Collection Agency" AND refer account to a "National Credit Reporting Agency" and "this information will remain on file for Five Years".

I have tried several times UNSUCCESSFULLY to contact this company via internet, www.grolier.com/billing, but this website does NOT have any info about the company or billing.
