GROUP QUEST TRAVEL - Sherry Brazinsky Very Rude, Very Unprofessional, downright mean ripoff Gouldsboro Pennsylvania

As the owner of this well established travel agency (1999) you can almost imagine my surprise when I came across this report on Sherry Brazinsky. I have worked with her for 10 years and I will tell you point blank, rudeness is absolutely NOT something that Sherry is capable of.

I did some research on clients with the said names and around the same dates as this report was posted. Nothing comes up. However, we did have a problem with another travel agent from a different company about a client that wanted to move their trip to our agency because THEIR agent was rude and very inexperienced. Sherry is certified in many aspects of travel, more so than the average travel agent and has won awards for her knowledge.

As far as insurance, we all know how important it is especially when traveling with children, as many unexpected situations and sicknesses can occur. To say that we keep the money on this item is ridiculous. We deal with millions of dollars every year and to keep a $100.00 item, is just crazy talk. If the client was to have purchased insurance through us and tried to make a claim with the insurance company, that she claims here ( we only use one very large company) they would have came to us and asked us about it, especially if there was no record of the client.

I do believe that this is in fact a HOAX, written to ruin the reputation of a very good company. I also believe that it was written by the other travel agent that I mentioned in the first paragraph. I would ask that the person writing this alleged complaint, show proof of themselves AND any trip that they booked with us.
