Grow Rich, Stay Rich, Or Grow Rich Continuing Charges to Credit Card Provo, American Fork, Spanish Fork Utah

I attended a brief seminar in the Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Arizona area. The charge to attend was $49.00 which I charged to my credit card and authorized. I did not sign up for any continuing classes, information, instruction or anything else that was to be performed by those giving the seminar.

I have just discovered that after a little more than a year that Grow Rich has been charging the amount of $59.95 to my credit card for each month for a total of $779.35. All of these charges are unauthorized charges. I never gave them permission to make additional charges and I have not recieved anything from the company that they could even pretend was the basis for these charges. I am more than a little embarassed that I did not discover this sooner but I never looked for such charges because they were not authorized.

My husband and I use this one card for all our business and personal expenses and it is a rather extensive list of charges each month.

I called the company, Grow Rich, which had a phone number on the credit card statement and directed them to stop charging to me account and to refund the charges they had made over this period of time. They stated they would stop the charges but that they would only refund for the charges in the past 30 days.

I don't have any very precise information about the company and have no information from the seminar about their location. The only thing I have is the information on the credit card statement. I looked up their name and address on Google and it returned several locations, addresses and phone numbers. Those are the ones I used here. Google also showed several rip off reports filed against these entities.

They have essentially stolen almost $800.00 from me by making these charges.
