This is my second or third report. I called them yesterday...for the second time....and questioned why I was charged $39.95 after I called to cancel the program.
They said it was one day late. When I double checked the dates, the initial payment of $1.96 was on 11/28/07. The second was $39.95 on 12/13/07.
On the first call, I talked to Paula Anderson (ID# 1570) but I did not get the second persons name. My previous call was made after I came home from a weeks stay in the hospital.
I realize that this is a small amount but when I checked the rip off reports and found how many people had been scammed, I thought I should do my part in trying to stop the program.
