I had recieved an overdraft fee from my bank of 31.00 when I checked my account on line, I found that I had been charged twice for something I didn't authorize. The first was 1.95, then on 1/24/08 I was charged 39.95 for something I did not order nor wanted. I filed a complaint with my bank and tried to call the 866 number but only got a recording, I hung up and tried again, still no luck. I wouldn't have made a big deal out of this but I am on disability and only get a small amount of money each month. I can't afford this or to have a negitive in my check book. First and foremost I offer an apology for the breakdown in service B. Lynne obviously experienced. B. Lynne, I was unable to locate your account with the information provided in this report. If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect them to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue so that it doesn't continue to happen.
