Growquest - Rip-off company - advertises roses for sale and does not deliver Santa Paula California

Ordered a rose on-line from growquest.com. Received invoice for rose and shipping of $14.95 and was told to send a check.  Sent check early april and it was cashed.  No rose received. Inquired about order and was only sent another invoice with an additional $5 for shipping added to it.  I emailed Chris and asked why there was an additional $5 for shipping added.  Never received any explanation or response.  Emailed him and asked him to send refund.  Nothing so far not even an email.  Tried to call the number listed and just got a long rambling answering machine message.  Sure wish I had checked further internet reports before I ordered.
