I hired Miss Jennifer Seymour from Growth Builders Co. to recruit loan officers for my mortgage company. She was suppose to recruit 7 loan officers that would close at least 3 loans per month. I paid her a good faith deposit to her company that she owns. The amount was $5000.00 dollars and that I sent to her company. She then asked me to re-write the check to herseld not the company. That should have been a red flag, but I trusted her. She took the money and spent it without recruiting one employee for us. She will prey on employers from careerbuilder and other online agencys. I never even got one phone call for employment. She had comitted fraud and other people need to be aware of this. She also took $2000.00 from my business associate and never did anything for his company. She had told me every week she would repay me the money but every week is another excuse. She makes up excuses that she has an investor that will be loan her money. She told me 4 months ago that when he gets back from vacation I would have my money back. This has been going on every week for months. She also says every week she is in the hospital for a coma. She will not answer her phone once she gets the check from a client. Be very careful! Do not send this person any money. She is a fraud!

Beware again, this rebuttal she actually did herself to try to fix her fraud scheme. She needs to go to prison!!

Again she is a master at her skills to rob companies that use careerbuilder or other sites that a company would use to hire new employees. Obviously this rebuttal is Jennifer herself trying to repair the damages done. All I can say is the original statement is 100% truth and you hire her at your own risk. That rebuttal she posted pretending to be a client is made up completely. I lost a lot of money with her and if you hire her you could lose everything also.

This company was fine in my opionion, & Jennifer Seymour seemes fine.
I am always leary about seeing negative reviews on any site that originate out of Florida, Virginia, or Texas due to the way women business owners are treated in these states.
When I read a special insert about some "coma" comment regarding an individual, it just seems like an attempt to have a HIPPA violation made clean, no ones medical information is appropriate to be used this way, especialy not when given at close range and especialy not when it surrounds a business relationship.
As far as any business taking money then not delivering, well, a refund might be necessary but let me see your legal business agreement first please before I decide.
I have been pleased with Ms. Seymour, and know that many of her services are beyond just recrutment so these negative comments seem a bit suspisouse to me.
One of these comments even mentioned that Ms. Seymour offered return of funds, so what did the contract say about how long she would have to make such an accommodation, was her work 100% guaranteed verbage in the contract, because that would be quite the interesting contract for these men to have entertained, seems to me that there is something up with these men who feel upset though she offered repay, let's see the contract regarding refund timelines.
Sorry, but bringing up a persons medical data online indicates very clearly that something is foul with these two men.
Thank you, sincerly,
Satisfied Wtih Ms. Seymour
