I watched their compelling video that promises you their Business Plan Template will get your business plan done in hours and it will be so great that you will be guaranteed to get funding off of it! Well, it's a total scam!!! This "template" is so lame! It doesn't give you any of the information you need to build a real Business Plan - or at least one that anyone will not laugh at!
It is 2 simple pages on Excel and a few pages in Word where you have to cut and paste information. You are given NO INSTRUCTIONS on where to get information or what information to use! Most people buy these programs to get the help they promise - this one gives you NO HELP in setting up wording or projecting costs Vs sales! There is no place to put staff needs or costs. Only a small place where you can put in an Owner, 2 managers and 2 staff for the year. No way to breakdown your staff their hours or costs or even a way to project a flux in seasonal or part time employees. All things a business owner needs to plan for.
There is no place for cost of the service you provide - or any way to figure the costs of running your business. Just a quarterly budget for Marketing and rent - nothing for the day to day costs of running a business or how to anticipate those costs! There is no place to put any real cost projections or sales projections for more than one product, no staff breakdowns...
The list goes on. Basically, this product will not give you any help in setting up a realistic plan for your business. If your looking for funding or to set up a real plan for your business don't use this! If you have more than one item to sell don't use it! If you need to figure the cost of goods or breakdown your sales or costs - don't by this product! It is a joke!

I can't disagree more with the comments made by "BuddhaB". To begin, to say that our product "is 2 simple pages on Excel and a few pages in Word" is incredulous. We have a complete financial model in Excel that includes 12 tabs (maybe
"BuddhaB" didn't go through the tabs or understand how to use the model). And the Microsoft Word portion of our template is 29 pages.
All of the other comments left by "BuddhaB" are either covered within the Word and Excel files, or are included in our Help Center that we developed specifically for buyers of our Ultimate Business Plan Template.
Finally, we understand that no matter what we do, we can't satisfy 100% of our customers. So, we offer a 365 day money back guarantee for customers like "BuddhaB" who are dissatisfied for any reason.
I'm pretty frustrated that "BuddhaB" called our product -- a productthat has gotten rave reviews, and has helped thousands upon thousands of entrepreneurs develop their business plans and launch/grow their companies -- a "scam." I will accept that for whatever reason, our product is not right for "BuddhaB"...and provide a full refund. But I hope that others can see that "BuddhaB"'s comments are completely out of line and not an indication of the quality of our product.
