Somebody was kind enough to fax me a copy of this report, so I got to visit ripoffreport.com for the first time. Since this posting will be on the internet forever, I felt that it would be appropriate to respond.

This is a completely fictitious report written by some anonymous person who has a need or want to speak negatively about our firm. In 35 years of practice as CPAs, this firm has never lost a single piece of client paperwork. While we may not have always gotten the outcome every client wanted, nor charged the fee that every client hoped to pay, we treat client material and trust as sacred, and we never have, nor never will, violate that trust.

Life is too short to collect a fee from a client who is not toally delighted with our work. We are proud to report that in all our years of practice, we have never kept a fee from an unhappy client without both a re-negotiation of that fee, a refund of some portion of the fee, and of course, returning all documentation, which always belongs to the client.

It is a "new world" with the existence of websites like ripoffreport.com. So even though this report will live on in perpetuity, this rebuttal will hopefully show that there is no truth or validity to what has been said. We hope that the author can get future comfort and inner peace by limiting their reports to events that actually took place.
