This dealer is a rip off, on april 5 th I bought a 2002 motor home from this dealer, when I want to picj]k it up I ws pormissed it would of been gone over 100 %. After our walk through we found a number of things wrong that should of been taken care of, so return a week later to pick it up. When we got the home home the wiper blade fell off, the oil filter on the generator was loose, and the home would not start even though I was told this home was gone over and that they changed the battarys. I call the manger Greg who didn't even call me back but had someone from service call me. But when I bought it I was told of any problems to feel free to give greg a call, after I tighten the oil filter on the generator I had to call a auto glass company to fix a small hole and once again it was missed. A month after it has sat only on my drive the home would not start, so I called the sallesman and I was told to take the old battary out to them and they would replace it, which they did a day later. On April 23 I went to start the home and a dead battary once again. I bought the extended warrany wich shows a 2003 home, but the regerstration is for a 2002. This company has been a big lie frm the start and I should of checked them out better before I bought the home, but they use the Grumbines name which was a great dealer when it was family owned. They are now saying also that the exteended warrenty is no good because of the differences on the papeer work. If they trully were a greaat dealer you would think that the manger would reach out to compalints

I just got the home back from the dealership, and once again one lie after another, I bought the extended warranty in which my wife and I were told would cover anything and everything, the problem with it not starting was a blown fuse, and they wanted to charge for a battery charge on a battery they put in a week ago. I did place a call to the store manager but onece again no manger every returned the call, Now the saleman was great throught all of this and after I placed a call into him, he returned the call on his day off and took care of the bill, in which they should, the home was only bought two months ago and the only place it was taken was from the dealership to my home. good luck to all and I would not buy from this dealer, And by the way after a number of calls I am not even sure that there is a store manager named Greg
