Grundy Worldwide Insurance Cost quotes are as slow as molasses in January Fernley, Nevada Nationwide

If Grundy was any less ineffective, in giving a quote for their insurance, they'd come to an utter stop. I called for a quote for insurance 72 hours, ago. They called back, while I was away from my phone. I called back within 20 minutes and was put in the same waiting que that I been put in before. I'm feeling disgruntled and immediately called back Grundy, to complain. The receptionist said the quote department was very busy and would get back ASAP. I told her I'd already waited 72 hours, and was disappointed in their slow response. She reitterated that they were very busy. I asked why they didn't hire more employees, if they were so busy. The receptionist said That Grundy Insurance was in the process of that and should have have new employees within the next several months. I asked her if their claims departmnet was just as time consuming. She said they weren't. She said they had more staff and were quicker to get back with customers. My question is how does Grundy get more customers, if they don't call back perspective customers. It looks to me like they're inneficient and struggling to perform basic insurance tasks. The problem appears to be to little, to late. If your time means anything to you, it could be better spent contacting another insurance company for help.
