Last month our company Propeller Ads Media made a very big mistake by choosing to work with the Brazilian network company Grupo Anunciou (www.Anunciou.com).

The manager PAULO FERREIRA signed an IO promising that Anunciou would pay us after 1 week of testing on a CPM basis and sending large volumes of good BR traffic from our direct publishers.
During the 1 week testing, we were not allowed access to any of the work on the Anunciou platform. Manager Paulo Ferreira repeatedly said they have been fixing something and the quality of traffic is good and we can continue working together.
After the first test week passed, the manager started to disappear and said that he was traveling but would be able to figure everything out once he returns. We paused the campaign and have been trying to contact him ever since.
To date, we have sent him the invoice as we agreed on the IO. After 3 weeks of hard work and doing everything he asked for, he now owes us over $17,000 USD.
