According to the BBB response they posted adter a complaint, This company claims to have been in  the industry for 21 years. Yet the foreign corp (LLC)  filing with the State of Floirda  was filed in 2011.

A quick look up on the State of Florida's database for authrorized telephone operations shows they have never been licensed.

There is a live chat on the State's website to report the activity of an unlicensed compnay in this industry. Its a potentially crininal Felony violation. 

Florida enforces and investigates its Telemarketing Laws & Violations very vigorously. 

Whay all the subtrfuge, wyoming company sat dormant for years then purchased and transferred top Florida in 2011. 

Why a (202) fax number indicating a Wash. DC. area copde number?
