A representative from "GSA Processors" called to introduce their company and then sold their services to process our GSA Application and then get our products into the US Government selling marketplace.  We were billed $5,000, and then a mysterious $199/month charge began appearing on our statements.  We never received any services, had no access to any online marketplace, and after a lengthy dispute process with our credit card company, found fine print in the contract which was worded in such a way that they are not responsible for doing any work after the initial signing of the contract.  This company operates under multiple names and is near impossible to get ahold of.  At the end of the dispute, we were left with no option but to file in state court to try and get our stolen funds back.
