GSI Commerce, Inc. Chris Saridakis, CEO GSI Will rip You Off!!! They will lie to you and steal your Money!!! King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

GSI Commerce will rip you off. They will lie to you and scam you! GSI Commerce does shipping for d**k's Sporting Goods, Major Leauge Baseball, The National Football League, Sports Authority, Toys R Us , and many others. I placed an order for Christmas with two of their clients. Sports authority and d**k's Sporting Goods. Both of my orders were wrong. I resolved the Sports Authority one with Sports Authority issuing me a refund. I placed these orders in December 2011. I have been fighting d**k's sporting Goods and GSI Commerce every since.  When you place an order at Dickssportinggoods.com  , It does not tell you that you are dealing with GSI Commerce, Inc.  I recieved a Nike Cap. I was told to use the label on my order form and send it back. I did. I was told my order would be reshipped. It was not. I was told I would receive a refund in 5 days. I have never recieved a refund from GSI Commerce or d**k's. I am still out $215.09. I wrote to President and CEO of GSI Commerce  Chris Saridakis. I recieved an email from him saying he and his team were investigating. I never recieved a response again, and never recieved a refund. I have called GSI Commerce over and over again. I have been lied to and promised the refund over and over again. I have never recieved the refund.  Chris Saridakis and GSI Commerce have lied and refused to Correct the situation.  These people are liars and Will scam you. They will steal your money , give you all kinds of lies and exscuses, and you end up out your money, as I have. I have been ripped off $215.09 By Dicks Sporting Goods, and GSI Commerce.  Chris Saridakis, does not have the class or honesty to refund the money and take care of his companies mistake. I have written Chris Saridakis numerous times, and I have called GSI Commerce customer service number numerous times. They have an F with the Better Business Bureau. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against GSI, but surprise.... GSI Never responded to the complaint. Want to lose your money? Want to get screwed? You deal with dishonest, liars. unprofessional people like Chris Saridakis and his company of liars and scam artist at GSI Commerce! Avoid them. I am still out the $215.09 that I have been promised I would be refunded since December 2011. Chris Saridakis did send me the one email saying they were investigating. Clearly he is a dishonest liar! Never heard from him again. Avoid d**k's Sporting Goods and GSI COMMERCE. If you order from them or one of their clients, you are taking a chance of getting ripped off!! Their customer service reps are liars and so unprofessional. They are an excellent reflection of the CEO of GSI Commerce , Chris Sardikas!! Avoid!!!!
