GSM Monster - N1 Wireless Defective devices and then does not answer phone calls. Cedarhurst New York

GSM Monster and N1 Wireless are same company. They have several of these companies, the scam basically works like this. They setup separate companies and sell defective material and when you go to return the devices, they refuse to provide a refund.

Since customers will not purchase from them again, they have separate companies that they then use to keep tricking consumers / retailers.

75% of their phones are defective and they look new but have internal issues with them so from the beginning it looks brand new.

They get these directly from the manufacturer at low prices and then dump it on the consumer / retailers.

Some of the defects are not apparent for months but nearly all of them have some sort of defect. We know this because we bought over 75 phones from them as a retailer and the scam does not work properly with retailers because we see the big picture.

For consumers they think that they just got a faulty device and then are told to go to the manufacturer to get the warranty work done, which can take weeks and you are without your phone.

Do not buy anything from them and if you have already bought from them do a chargeback on your credit card. They are aware that only a few companies will do chargeback because of the lengthy process and they count on this to make their profit. If you do a chargeback with your credit card company they will settle immediately as their merchant bank knows of the large chargebacks coming in to GSM Monster.

The process should not be too difficult and you should be able to get it taken care of right away.
