GSP Management Rip off Landlord who doesn't care about residents just their money Centre Hall Pennsylvania

I agree with all reports about GSP Management. It seems like to me that the only thing GSP management cares about is getting their lot rent from residents. The mobile home park in Centre Hall, Pa Black Hawk Village looks like crap. The land lord is allowed to swear at residents and when you report it to GSP Management they do nothing about it. They worry how their residents homes look but, look at the landlords place and his sons place it's very junky behind their trailer and nothing said. The rules state that there is not allowed no inspected vechicles in the community but the land lord has two by the old sewer plant. When you drive by look at the vacant trailers you see garbage laying around them and weeds growing all around them. The landlord is a fat lazy man. His son Michael breaks the rules all the time but, since it's his precious son who claims to be disabled can do whatever he wants to do. The rules state two animals per home and Michael has 6 dogs plus cats. Michael also has a trailer renting it out and the rules also state that no one is allowed to rent out trailers. When Gary is not around Michael acts like he is the boss and when you call GSP Management they do nothing about it. GSP Management do not think of childrens safety either. They allowed a state paroled life time sex offender move into Black Hawk Villiage when there is at least 5 children living in the comunity with Autism. How is hat caring for children when they allowed him to move into the comunity?

The roads (3 lanes) going into and out of the trailer park have very big chuck holes. When GSP Management calls Gary and his son Michael call get stones brought into the park,rent a skid loader and fill in the pot holes. That is waisting the tentives money. Also Gary Moyer is to be taking care of other mobile home parks for GSP Management but, I would like to know how because he is always home sitting on his lazy butt behind his sons camper or his wife's trailer and when he sees people he either cusses,or calls names about residents in the comunity. He lives in the office and according to GSP Management he is not to be living in their and when you call them again they don't believe you. When you do call GSP Management and tell them that you have a problem with Gary they tell you not to call because you are waisting their time. Residents have seen Gary peeking into windows of trailers. Gary also talks nasty about children. No Child should be talked about.When you first move into the comunity Gary is very nice to you for a while then he becomes a jerk. You see him mowing of course on a tractor not pushing mowing or weeding. When they weeding is done he usually has his daughter in law do it because he is so lazy. The speed limit is to be 10 mph but when he is driving he goes fast that the dust flys.

If you are Garys buddy he will be nice to you but, one minute you make him mad he turns into a big jerk. If someone talks to you like he does then they should not be a landlord. GSP Management does not care. If GSP Management would care then they would not allow Gary to talk to people the way he does. In the winter time the comunity does not get plowed the correct way. There is one small lane plowed with no siders and it is very sleppy. If an ambulance,fire department, or law inforcements would come into the park they would not make it through the roads in the winter becuase they are to slippy. The roads melt and then refreeze making it a bad mess. Every year you see a new company doing the plowing. Maybe GSP Management doesn't pay their bill or Gary's mouth the way he acts stop people from returning year after year.

I would love for GSP Management to come live in the enviorment that the residents live in and see how long they would like to be cussed at or called names. Seems like to me the whole company is nothing but scum because they don't care about their residents just getting their money. Sometimes they put your payment into someone elses account and call you and say that they did not recieve your payment. When you call them and ask them to give you their fax number because you are going to the bank to get a copy of the check that they cashed they call back and say oh I am sorry about your notice we found your check please disregard your letter. If you are behing and call GSP Management and tell them that you are going to send your check n the mail they tell you to take it to Gary and drop it off at the office( his house that he lives in) and when you do and he is their he starts to swear and call you names. GSP Management needs to loose their occpication license. They do not treat anyone with respect and they allow their landlords to walk all over residents. A few months ago Black Hawk Villiage was on the news for getting a fine for their water not being safe to drink and when GSP Management was called their answear was no that is not true. Come on the news can not lie.

GSP Management sends residents letters statning that they test their water that's a lie because no one gives them a sample except from the pump houses. The wiring system and the phone systems are not up to code with the law at Black Hawk Villiage. GSP Management was told about this and they refused to do anything about it. I think the law should lock up all GSP Managements Trailor parks just like they did to the ones in State College Pa that were junky and not up to code.Where is the money going being collected for rent? GSP Management is a big joke. My advice for anyone looking for a place to live to NEVER rent off GSP Management!
