I would just like to say I have owned my GT express 101 endorsed by (((REDACTED))) for a little while and I take really good care of this product. But recently the teflon coating is chipping and pretty soon the machine would be junk. I would like to see this company made liable for all the junk they have sold to all these people who work hard for thier money. They should have a contact address for the internet instaed of the 1-800 no that you can not get through. when you do the customer reps are rude and you get a different one everytime you call. Also when you ask for a supervisor they are never available and never call you back. I would like a new machine and I would like to know how many people out there feel they were ripped off.
