my husband edgar and i michele harris has been in court since jan 2018 because we were property managers and we reported a sexual harrassment on our boss manish sawhney who works for G.T. Investments . after we wrote a formal letter to his boss explaing the situation manish swahney came to our house he evicted us to where we ended up homeless with our at the time 16yr. old daughter. we took G.T. Investments to court case number::cc2018010040sc and if you look into this case there is alot of bribery forging of documents and people tampering with mail. we are the plantiff and all the lawyer is doing is paying to make things go away for them the victem who is alecia cecera who works at 8433 north black canyon hwy building 6 suite 152 phoenix az 85021 has been paid to not say anything on this case how do we know because at a court hearing in phoenix civil court outside court room mai manabi the lawyer who represents G.T. Investments told us. she also mai manabi sent my husband and i a letter stating that in two months she will have our cases dismissed in the attorney generals and they were. if you look into this case pull transcripts the defendents in this case has lied on the stand and underoath.
The court date has been posponed again by the defendant and we are the plantif we dont get nothing from the courts until we call . when we call the clerk there is always attitude like we are bothering them. what we need is media attention because all this run around and G.T. Investment has been orderd to pay back our 300.00 from the eviction overturn and we never received now the continued date is pushed back to nov. 16th and that is all we have to go on we do not have attorneys we are working on our own but my husband and i really need media to get involved. since this lawsuits against G.T. Investments the defendant has claimed on two court dates his wife and mother is termally ill and he has to go back to canada. this was also told to the court in july she phoned us and told us that her client wont be able to make it because both mom and wife are termally ill. both parties were asked to submitt all and any new evidence to the court no later than july 24th.
mai manabi never submitted anything and the judge orderd that a santion of discovery be sent to her as well . my husband and i turned in our informantion and mai manabi didnt. On aug. 13 we filed two santions mai manabi then requested to the court on aug. 29 for a change of court dates and another judge jeramy A.Rovinsky jpt. this judge dismissed our sanction on sept.6th and we still have not gotten a continuence in the mail till today . now judge leonore driggs is the only judge that has been signing off on this case and didnt want anyone else to here this but her. our attorney general case number is CRD No.:P18-0121 /EEOC No.:35A-2018-00344 and if you look into this further youll see that mai manabi is focused on paying everyone around us except us
we need help with media weve gotten death threats concernig this matter and were we live now the managers are scaming money and selling electric out her in black canyon city through spectrum utilities . i called spectrum and they said no one reads the meters here at squaw valley mobile home park in black canyon city which is were we live at the present.and the owner richard kuhn has not and wont speak to the tenants one on one .the mobile unit has torn off roof tops still conected to the trailers and floors wobble mold in the bathroom and leaking ceilings . these landlords are doing the same thing to us that the last manager(boss) did. making promises they cant keep up we paid 1050. on aug 2018 won in our favor and the same day i get a txt asking us for another 1000. for rent . she is stealing money not telling her husband and her came to our house 9-11-2018 with a five day notice to fix on the work order that my husband and i served to them on august 30th signed and notorized .laurie and jim walters are the property managers and i guess part owner is what laurie and jim walters told judge in court on september 5th 2018 .
case#CV-2018-001236. another thing laurie walters is on social security as a disabled person recieving a check from the government taking money and evicting people unlawfully. I thought it was against the law to not to report the extra income coming into the household . this is very difficult for usbeing that we have to work before our social security hearing comes in. until then we are going to be homeless againg with a child and i have exhausted all resourses but i know i can count on the media to look into these matters PLEASE PLEASE ITS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR AND ALL WE WANTED WAS WHAT WE WORKED FOR WE DIDNT ASK FOR THIS TO HAPPEN TO US WE ARE HEARTBROKEN AND TIERD PLEASE SEND SOME ONE TO TALK TO US THANK YOU
because of address and private information all over the documents its best that this information be seen in person because of the mesures of what else we have to reveal on other instances. this is not a hoax or a joke this is very much real and my family and i suffer from all this mishap.
