Ordered the 2 for 1 Gt Express 101, did not receive 2nd set of recipe books, charged 64.80 for unit (expected), 38.80 for shipping (blown away- should be $5-10). Customer service had no sympathy for what I thought had been promised me- would not consider any kind of refund- said they had answered all questions and could not talk to a supervisor- sounded like in a home situation- very rude. So this infomercial that promised 2 for 1 ended up costing me 103.60. SPREAD THE WORD- this company is a ripoff!
