GTA HR Flexible Staffing Inc. Complain About GTA HR Flexible Staffing Inc. (Hold Salary with threatening) Vaughan Ontario

I would like to bring into your notice that I started my job with GTA HR Flexible Staffing In. From June 28, 2018 to August 06, 2018 in the capacity of "Sales Representative". This company hired me with the reference of another freelancer of Upwork team with agreed salary of CAD333$ per month. I enthiuistically fulfilled all my responsibilities in this period.

My Sales Manager Mr. Mohammad Malhi who's the owner of this Company given different tasks related job postings, write ups, leads calls(100+) companies, maintained drop box files listing in excel. On 6th Aug, I asked for my salary then he replied that " account isn't activated yet in Western Union which will take 3 more days". But on 7th Aug, I got his WhatsApp message that "Your services are no longer required for GTA HR and your dues will be paid soon before this week ends reason is I can't manage more people and I have to let few go may be in future if you want and I can reconsider you again, thank you for your time".

On 10th Aug, I again requested for my salary then he replied that " I'll send you on 13th Aug". I already waited long so I sent message on 14th Aug about my salary then he replied same that "I'll send you mctn right after i do as soon as account activated as they're still reviewing it, will cross checking with government". On 15th Aug, I messaged him that if you have any issues with western union account then please transfer my salary directly in my bank account then he replied yes I'll send it by the end of day and asked my bank details that I provided.

Now today still didn't get my salary so I lastly messaged him that " this is unprofessional and unethical attitude as 16 days overdue and I still asking you about my salary if you can't pay then tell me directly otherwise I'll complain about you and your company. He replied that "I'll hold your payments now and I really wanna see what are you going to do and don't text and call me until you have done". Therefore, I would like pursue this case and request you to help me to get my salary from this fraudulent person Mr. Mohammad Malhi and Company.

Since i am working as freelancer for 3 years, i have never faced such problems that i have to report here. I hope you will look into above matter on a serious note so i can be out of the current situation at your earliest. Your immediate action in this regards would be highly appreciated.
