GTAHotels.com, GTA HotelGTAHotels.com, GTA Hotel, Met Global TOTAL RIP OFF - DO NOT USE! Online Internet

I booked a stay at a hotel 2 weeks in advance through GTAHotels.com & got a confirmation email right away. A few days later, just to confirm, I called the hotel & gave them my info - they had NO reservation for me.

I looked them up online & found TONS of people have been ripped off by them.

I called GTA at their toll free # 3 times. The first time I was told by a girl that she would have to "contact their provider to get the correct confirmation #". I told her I was concerned about the # of complaints I had read online & she said all of those complaints were due to people simply not bringing their confirmation vouchers to the hotel!" I said yeah right. She said she would get back to me withing 48 hours & hung up.

I called again, spoke to a guy who hung up on me instantly after reviewing the confirmation # I gave him. I called a 3rd time & was told by a very nice sounding girl (don't beleive the sweet voice!) that she would contact their "provider" personally & would get me a correct confirmation # as soon as she could.

I didn't buy it & called the Hotel directly again to speak to their in house reservation department. She told me that this company sends in "requests" for reservations ALL THE TIME - AFTER they have already been told that the hotel is booked full! She gets tons of requests for reservations even after speaking to GTAHotels.com personally to advise them they are FULL!

Needless to say, I disputed the charge through my bank & have my $ back - but I would NEVER use these total wack job scammers again! STAY AWAY!
