GTCovers.com, D.Pacheco Supposedly custom seat covers; Lousy quality and Ignore requests for Warranty repair or replacement Aurora Colorado

I ordered custom fit seat covers for the front and rear seats of our new Dodge Ram Truck Feb. 8, 2015. They sent no order acknowledgement and I rec'd my credit card bill for them; so I called them; then on Feb. 25th I rec'd an email from Lruiz@gtcovers.com (Linda Ruiz) saying that they were sorry the order was delayed because they had a delay in receiving the fabric. She said that the order would be shipped asap and I would be sent a tracking no. On the 6th of March I still had not rec'd any tracking no. so I emailed. On Monday the 9th she emailed me that she would have a tracking no. to me that day. I did receive an email that day with a tracking no. and the seat covers were finally delivered on the 12th of March; a month and 4 days after my order had been placed and well after the payment was received.

My husband installed the seat covers. He is a meticulous guy. The front seat covers installation wasn't too bad. The back seat covers are a whole different matter. To get them on properly you have to remove the seats; so it is no small job. The back seat covers have only velcro to hold them together. They should have buckles so that they could be pulled tight. They were cut too small and began ripping where the straps were sewn into the cover. There are no reinforcing double seams or X's to hole the straps where they connect to the covers. They are completely unacceptable. The edges curl where the bench seats come together. We took pictures and emailed them. No one answers the emails. On the 4th of April I emailed for the last time; still no answer. 

There are assurances all over their website stating how they guarantee their seat covers. Don't believe it. They will not honor their guarantee. In fact it seems like the whole ploy of delaying the order is so that they can make sure they receive payment from you and it will be too late for you to dispute it with your credit card company. I am still going to try. 

GTCovers.com is a rip-off company. They make a poor quality product and will not honor any warranty despite all the promises on their website. Do yourself a favor; don't buy anything from them.
