GTE Financial Capital are complete frauds. Not only do they rip off customers by asking for 1-3% on a transaction, but they also ask the lender for 6-7+ %. This gouges the client. This is raping the client and taking advantage. Bad ethics. No integrity. Dishonest.
One of our clients was so upset when they found out how much these brokers were gouging them on pricing, not to mention how unprofessional, greedy, unpleasant, and terrible to work with. They also claim they have all this industry experience. By how unprofessional they are, I would beg to differ.
Do not work with this company or broker. They are not honest. They will re broker your deal and send your private information everywhere. If you do you will be defrauded and gouged in fees. You will pay an extra $10K a month in payments. I recommed you work directly with a lender and not these brokers. They will take advantage of you. It has happened four times.
