GTOptions Binary trading Ripoff, withdrew 6000 CAD from my credit card; no actions, no contact possibilities since July 2015 London, UK ,questionable, Nationwide

I followed an invitation online to enter into a trading venue with GTOptions. I agreed initially to $250. A broker phoned me and guided me to put figures into spaces which I wrote down into an online form. To late I realized these figures were money amounts; that is why there are four different amounts taken out of my credit card on July 29th and 30th 2015. The brokers name was Angel, he had a Latino accent and phoned from the USA ( I assume). When he phoned a second time a few days later I told him I wanted out of the deal and have my money returned into my credit card account. `No problem` he answered and that was the last time I ever was able to get in contact with the business.

I lost 6000 CAD (4500 USD). I have receptive e-mails from the company about the whole amount and an account number. I never received any services or other options to solve the issue.

A fraud complaint with my credit card bank was abandoned because the company is legitimate.

My e-mails to the company`s costumer help line are aborted after 1 to 4 seconds and phone calls never go through.

There is an investors alert issued to Canadian banks for GTOptions. Unfortunately I found that out through my investigation much to late.
