GUARANTEED AUTO INC. NICK & TARA HART CAR SOLD W/ UNDISCLOSED PROBLEM, CAUGHT ON FIRE ON DELIVERY WITH NO TITLE SANDY SPRINGS, Georgia

I bought from GUARANTEED AUTO in Sandy Springs, GA a 2000 Ford Escort in internet.I paid full to the sellerand on Jan. 10, 2011, Guaranteed Auto attempted to deliver the car.However, the car was never mine, it was delivered without a titleplus engine caught onFIRE inside the car carrier when being delivered which later confirmed by Ford mechanic as a result of undisclosed problem of the car.His marketing bait that mislead me to bid is THIS CAR IF OFF MY FRONT LINE AND IT NEEDS NOTHING BUT NEW HOME!!I DO NOT SELL CARSIN MY DEALERSHIP THAT HAVE ISSUES AND PROBLEMS.I OWNED A FULLY LICENSED REPAIR CENTER.

Importantly, none in the items descriptions or Disclaimer of Guaranteed Auto mentioned or stipulated that this caris sold AS IS. When I asked to refund my money,the seller refused to givemy refund since he think that he sold the item as is conditionwhenhe failed to mention it in his Ebay Disclaimer . Guaranteed Auto's withhis Manager Nick Hart's business conduct is unethical, abusive with unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices.

I believe Guaranteed Auto breached an Implied Warranty not to mention that he has high Negative Feedback in Ebay for selling crappies cars withusername as "Golfnman81".I posted this incident as a guide to other consumers, so the information I provided will benefit others and may help them make sound consumer decisions especialy in dealing with this particular Dealer.
