I was told about the credit card over the phone but recently had applied for a couple of credit cards so I fell for it! The company told me a $249 fee was going to be deducted but in turn withdrew $299. Not only that, thew withdrew $299 twice! I have been trying to get my money back for 2 months already. They asked me to fax them my bank statement and I did.
About a week later I called them again and they said that my statement wasn't good enough, so I faxed it again in more detail, but got the same result. I am now in the process of suing them, and encourage everyone else to do the same! Someone who lives in a state that allows punitive damages needs to sue for enough to put these guys out of business!

They will not refund my money

Guardian Financial 100A Walnut St. Champlain, NY 12919 (888)406-4353 rip me off and took $299.00 out of my account. I,in writing and over the phone I told them I wanted to cancel and I'm not interested. They will not refund my money. I was talking to Christian Bernard. I do not know what else to do. I can't belive how many people they have ripped off. I checked with Better Business Bureau and they have nothing nice to say about Guardian Financial and they have extremly alot of complaints. Thank you
