Guardian Financial Benefits Services lied about credit card Chanplain New York

They told me I was approved for a $2000 credit limit with no fees ever, if I pay them $249. I asked if it is a real credit card that I don't have to put money on or use anywhere. They said yes. Stupid me, I believed them. They said I would receive the paper work in 25 business days. I was thinking I would actually have a way to catch up my bills, get my daughters school clothes.

After 33 business days, I got the papers in the mail. It was a bunch of junk mail. Flyers for other credit card, flyers for repairing credit, and an application for a loadable credit card for up to $5000. It states: This stored value Mastercard is not a credit card. You must load or deposit funds onto the card. And they want a $54 processing fee. What happened to real credit card and no fees ever. Any way I wanted to cry, but instead I'm going to do everything I can to get my money back!
