I was recently contacted (by phone) by Heather Wilson who claimed she is a senior loan consultant with Guardian Financial Group. They offered my husband a loan of $5000.00 with a request of payment of the first six months up front.

We were nieve enough to believe this was a valid loan and gave personal info and banking info through fax. We signed a loan agreement and made a transfer of money to pay for the initial down payment.

We have now found out that this is a scam and we will not be getting our $924.16 back or the $5000.00 loan.
BEWARE - they will contact you by phone advise you have been 'guaranteed' for a loan and promise the loan will be deposited in your bank account within 24 hours of receiveing the down payment. The downpayment was requested due to the fact that your credit isn't a 'high score'.

They have you wire the money to Laurie Ebony in Clearwater Candada.
