Guardian Financial ripoff Champlain New York

I was promissed a credit card with a $ 2,000 limit and they charged my account for $250.00 when i called the # givin they were rude and of no help. The number that was on my bank statement was not even the right # it is a diferient company all together.

When i called the first time they told me because of the Weather the shipping was delayed. then i finnaly got the package the application was for a secured fund card, NOT a credit card. When I told them i wanted a refund they told me they could not. I told them i did not put anything in writing but they said there was a verbal agreement. I asked to hear the recording and was put on hold so long i just hung up. I should have known better, But live and learn. These people dont have the right to debit your account with out writtin permission call you bank and get it reversed and report these people A.S.A.P
