Guardian Financial ripoff Champlain New York

I went to go check the mail today because I've been anxiously waiting for a credit card that I signed up for over a month ago. Instead I receive a brown box from Guardian Financial that consists of some bunk flyers for God knows what and a letter stating that I need to send an additional $24.95 for a pre-paid Master Card and not a credit card. All I could think of was what the #%*&! They never told me anything about this when the guy called over a month ago. He told me that I would recieve a Master Card with a credit line of $2.000.00. No annual fee, and no interest for one year. All I needed to do was pay a one-time fee of $249.00 and I would receive my card within 25 business days.

I thought it was too good to be true but then they had an operator come on the phone asking me a whole bunch of questions with different kinds of prompts so I thought it was pretty much legit. But I guess not because I got on the web today after opening my brown box and found out that hundreds if not thousands of other people like me have been ripped off by these Guardian Financial SCHMUCKS. If anybody knows what to do to get these people please let me know because I'm probably not going to even attempt to call the customer service number because I've already heard all of the horror stories.
