Guardian Moving and Storage provided a fast response when I requested a quote online. The first sales rep that I spoke to was Chris Brown. He was very nice and provided me with the information that I needed to make this move from north carolina to hawaii. Things went smoothly at first until it was time to move my things.

On the pick up day, depatch contacted me of the time they will be coming to pick up my belongings; they gave me a window from 12pm-3pm; they showed up to my door at 2 in the morning the next day. The mover packed up some of the things that needed to be packed and later returned at around 6:30 am to transport my things onto the truck. After all my goods were loaded on the truck, the mover said that depatch will contact me the next morning to discuss the amount that will need to be paid before delivery in hawaii. I waited a week for dispatch to contact me and they never called, I had to call them to see what was going on.

To make the long story short, I spoke to at least 6 different people in their company to confirm and check the status of the delivery and to verify that they received my payment. One tells me to fill out a credit card autorization form and fax it in to the number that was provided; I did what I was told, but no one contacted me saying they received the fax or not. I looked on my bank account and saw that the payment was not taken out so I decided to call them, but there was a period where their phone line was not working. When I finally got in contact with someone, she told me that they never received the fax and should send it to her e-mail. I did what was asked and sent her my credit card autorization form through e-mail. Again, I've noticed that my payment was not taken out my account so I called dispatch looking for the last woman I've spoke to and until this day she has not returned any of my phone calls. I've talked to another woman from dispatch where she made the transaction but have not returned my calls as well. I've got quite tired of calling guardian, having to speak to somebody different every time.

Guardian is very poor in contacting the customer back. Leaving them a voicemail or email does no justice and it's really a waste of time. This has been the worst moving experience. I do not recommend Guardian Moving&s Storage to anybody. All they have caused is confusion and headaches.
