Guardian Moving System Experts in making your move a nightmare South Bend Indiana

Innocent folks planning to move.....beware. Guardian-Moving systems (south bend, IN) is a perfect example of what plagues the movers and transportation segment. I regret the day, that I got duped by them, into signing up for their moving services. They will demonstrate perfect entrapment practices, by giving you a cheap rate (with less cubic feet) and excellent customer service.

I was told that they were a highly rated company, I never realized that there are some reputed vendors with the similar names. The movers showed up in rented trucks and tried to extort more money for stuff they had already discussed over the phone. They made me sign a contract online, during which I paid for services required during delivery. The driver showed up with a blank contract during pickup again and assured me that all would be settled on delivery.

On delivery they demonstrated their well rehearsed extortion practices. They refused to recognize the onloine contract and showed me another contract that I had signed. These folks will get your money by making you pay for a smaller truck anyways, and make up crazy charges for extra inconveniences. They don't tell you all this when they get you to sign up.

Long story short, be very careful of this specific company, they lost some of my stuff.Their extremely poor and rude customer service will just ask you to file a claim on a crappy site. I was asked to go though a crazy exercise, which in my opinion is designed to frustrate the customer into giving up. This firm should be avoided like plague. If I had the time I would go sue them.

Folks looking to move...trust me you are better off doing your moves on your own. Go for a U-Haul or order a pod....
