I called Guardian Roofing and Construction to set an apointment thinking it was Guardian Roofing & Construction out of Arlington, Texas 76017.  When the saleman showed up to my current property they started to tell me the owner Jeremy Berg had installed my roof in Irving TX in 2011 where I no longer live and sell me roof on my new current home in Irving TX.  Well I knew for a fact the logo on the shirt was different and a Jeremy Berg did not install my roof.  The salesman proceeded to lie and try to convence me they had and continue to lie.  Come to find out thanks to the internet I was correct and Jeremy Berg never installed my roof or his company Guardian Roofing and Construction that just started early this year.  They are located at 602 Fountain Parkway Ste D Grand Prarie, TX 75050.

In my opinion they are committing fraud to try and sell me a roof under false accusations and Copying a Another Company Located in Arlington TX which is Guadian Roofing & Construction, Inc..  Please explain how two companies have the same name Legally in the State of Texas.  Please also explain how the BBB would give such a company Guardian Roofing and Construction and Jeremy Berg an (A) Rating when they probably do not have Insurance.  Even if they do its still not the correct way to earn business and boldly lie to somebody to try and steal a legitimate companies credit.  I also found out they are also falsely advertising on the following website: buildzoom.com/contractor/guardian-roofing-construction 

At the end of the day Jeremy Berg / Guardian Roofing and Construction are frauds.  They never installed my roof in 2011.  Guardian Roofing & Construction had done my services out of Arlington.

Please remove all Material thats a lie about your company off the internet.  And do the correct thing Change your name and Do not steal a companys name thats been around for awhile.
