After signing a 3 year contract with Guardian, I relocated to Georgia after six months of service.  They no longer provided monitoring service for my former residence in Oklahoma and after numerous attempts to transfer the service to Georgia, I finally gave up on getting the service transferred.  None-the-less, I continued to pay for the monthly service charges, which was automatically debited from my account each month for the next 2.5 years. The recouped $850.00 of free funds from me, without monitoring my home! I recently relocated to a new residence and decided to re-inquired about possibly using their services again. I also asked if I could possibly get an incentive of some sort to continue with their services (since I had not been monitored for the majority of the contract). The representative said, "no" because I was transferring services.  It was the end of my contract so I decided to send them an email indicating that I would no longer be needing their services. Three months later, I was still being billed by the company and did not understand why. When I inquired about the recent monthly bills, I learned that my contract had automatically been "renewed" for another year without my knowledge/signature and again without them monitoring a property for me!  When I asked them to please cancel the services because I was interested in their services. I was not being monitored and had not been monitored for the past 2.5 years!  The manager that I was speaking with said, "you should've canceled a month earlier!"  Both the customer service representative as well as the manager that I spoke with were EXTREMELY rude and short with me! They said that they did not care whether they were monitoring my home or not! I should've kept up with the contract dates.  I asked her to have someone from their corporate offices contact me and I still have yet to hear from anyone.  I am appauled and livid with this company, their representatives and this situation!  Beware of their ongoing contracts!  Customer Service does not exist and they are only interested in making money...not your benefit!
