I haven't completed the instructions because I got a real bad feeling. I can't guarantee its a rip off but there are some really weird things I can't explain. There isn't even an address in Los Angeles on Hop St. Its Hope St. You know its sad that people have to prey on Americans in need with the economy like it is. We live pay check to pay check and can't pay for a check that size. It would take 2 months of our combined salary to pay that back. I will not send funds to someone before this check has been completely cleared from the bank of origin. It is a good account number but they wouldn't verify funds, so time will tell. They wire has to be through Money Gram and to Laquetta Freeman, Baltimore, Maryland 21201. No address for the transfer. Kinda suspicious.
I'll keep you posted so it hopefully won't happen to you.

I wanted to let everyone know this is a FRAUD!!!
I received notification from my Bank this morning. This could have really caused me alot of problems had mybank not know me for years as a responsible customer. They normally close a customer account when the try to pass a fraudulant check. The fact that we didn't try to draw the funds saved us. I then contacted Ms. Kimberly Jones and she actually tried to tell me my bank made a mistake. If it is in fact true I won some money from Publisher's Clearing House then where is it??? Oh well, live and learn. I told her the only thing I had to say to her is "SHAME ON YOU." I will NEVER fall for this again. I have even started contacting my local media to bring awareness to everyone around this area.
Please if this helps one person then I have done everything I can to get the word out.
