Patience Bristol, Guardianship Solutions INC. stole $250,000 from my Uncle.

Our case closed on April 10, 2013.  After a hearing in Commissioner Jon Norheims crooked court Ive learned Las Vegas family court is a filthy hole of corruption.

The case began in 2011 when my Uncle was assigned Patience M Bristol as his guardian when she was working for Jared E Shafer.  Mr. Shafer was the former disgraced public guardian of Clark County.  Patience isolated my uncle from his family and took control of his bank accounts. 

My Uncle passed away in February of 2012.  Patience Bristol within a few months formed Guardianship Solutions INC. 

Our case was transferred to Patience Bristols new company. Patience said your account was a gift to me from Jared Shafer.  After my Uncles death Patience Bristol refused to return calls, submitted false documents to the court and when confronted acted very arrogant and rude. Ms. Bristol sold off my uncles furniture and automobile and put the funds into per personal account.   In addition, Bristol changed the terms of my Uncles will assigning her and son as beneficiaries. It is legal under Nevada law for guardians practicing in this crooked state to commit such acts.  Patience has learned her craft very well from her former boss Jared Shafer.  Patience is a 38 year old child who appears to enjoy her work.  After the hearing today, Commissioner Jon Norheim said all was in order. Norheim uses these words countless times when covering up crimes committed by Bristol and Shafer.  After researching Ms. Bristol and her friends I learned we were dealing with organized crime operating as the law in Las Vegas.  Bristol has over 60 rip off reports written against her. Her former boss Jared Shafer has at least 84 online complaints about his criminal activities.   Bristol has committed countless crimes against old and helpless seniors while working for Jared Shafer. Her crimes are normal business for Guardianship solutions.  Patience Bristol is known to have administered illegal drugs to seniors, stolen cash from their homes and engaged in questionable sexual relationships when she felt these acts would benefit her.     One of her little trysts was with my 16 year old daughter. The Las Vegas police havent heard of contributing to the delinquency of a minor when it comes to Patience Bristol.

Patience Bristol is a person deprived of ethics.  Her 38 years on this earth has been a life filled with what she can steal.  Patiences husband divorced her for infidelity.  Patience Bristol has a son who has suffered as a result of his mothers corrupt lifestyle. 

The guardianship profession is filled with bottom of the barrel scum.  This scum cant experience success in life.  The guardian slime has found a profession where accountability is a myth.  Numerous reports from the federal government have proven this statement.  Patience Bristol will never be stopped, but she can be exposed for the filth she is.  Las Vegas crime will protect her.
