guardsman furniture care ripped off, Internet

I purchased furniture from two different stores, and bought the warrenties from Gaurdsman on both. One was a leather sofa set the leather is peeling off. The service guy came took pictures. Got a letter stating that he found a couple of spots peeling that it was accumlative and they wouldn't cover it. Then I have a mattress that has stains on it again service guy came took pictures could'nt really tell what the stains were from. I received an email asking for how much the mattress cost I faxed over the invoice on Friday,Monday I got an email telling me that it was bodily fluid and normal wear and tear and they would'nt cover this. They are a horrible company and just steal your money. I can't believe they are allowed to stay in business.
