Guardsman Furniture Professionals New Furniture Protection Insurance Grand Rapids Nationwide

Found a table leg with gouge on it after New Years on new furniture recently purchased from Roseville, Ca Ethan Alan store. We had also paid for repair insurance when we bought the furniture and were assured by the store salesperson of the quality and integrity of the Guardsman Company.
We went on line and found we could not send the photos and other documentation via the internet to their site.
So we completed the forms and printed photographs as per direction and mailed to the company.'
Later after not hearing back from the company we again contacted them and they said they had not received the documentation
We again sent it out, with return receipt certification, via the US mail.
Then we get back a e mail response Service Request Response: 11446631 that the timeline for reporting damage was past according to the terms of service. I believe this company was notified by phone well within the original finding and ignored our first mail and is refusing to honor their contractual agreements.
I definitely believe this company practices fraudulent advertising and unethical business practices and the states attorney general should be looking into it.
