My wife and I purchased a Coffee and End table along with the protection plan. We know accidents happen and one did. However, this company, Guardsman Valspar, decided our accident, a chip in the coffee table is from misuse under the terms of their agreement. Any claim can be written off as such even when it is not an accident. Do not purchase this protection. They do not honor their contracts. We will never purchase another protection plan from this company or any other like it. Hopefully, our furniture store will help us out with this complaint because they are the ones who advertise, market and sell the product.
