Guardsman warranity the dump is the one that sold it to me I bought a couch, loveseat and chairand the chair i have is only a year old and the color of the leather is wearing and it looks horrible and we bought a extenede warranity through the dump which is a funriture store and told me to buy a guradsmen warranity and that it would cover everything and when called about my chair they had sent me a email with a diagram to explain what happen with the chair and they tell you it is going to take 10 days before they get back to you, so they called me on Monday and told me they will not cover the chair after I was told by the sales woman that everything was covered. I called the store to talk to a manger at the dump and he told his reception I need to go through the customer service departement the manger name was Chris and he did not want to deal with so they sell you a bogus warranity andmake money on it and dont every fix your couch they deserve to be put out of business. chandler Arizona Nationwide

I Had  purhased a Guardsman warrnity from the dump when I bought my couch, love seat and chair and I had my leather chair for I year and the leather is wearing off so I called Guardsmen to have them come out and fix the chair, they told me I would receive an email with a diagram of what happen to the chair and I told them there was a cut in my loveseat. i was told to mail the diagram and my name a copy of the warranity and told me some one will contact me in ten days.This monday I was told they would look at the loveseat but they wont fix the chair. I was told buy the woman salesman that everything is cover, so I proceeded to contact the Dump where I purchase the warranity and asked to talk to a manger and th reception told me customer service is handling and I knew that the manger Chris was blowing me off. I then talked to customer service and they would not help me so the botton line is they make money on the warrnity and then you loose. I think Guardsmen should be put out of business , they lie to you and they take your money and they dont fix any thing that should be fix and since my orignal warranity was just july of this year if they were a good business company they would honor there warranity any way. The dump should take responsiblity for this as well because they sell this warranity for guardsmen and they should not be able to get away with it.
