Guide To Government Grants ripoff! Richmond California

I had the same problem everyone had. I man called me on December 16 2004 and e3xplained to me about how I will be receiving a $8000 dollar grant. I will never have to pay back the grant. They need it to get my information so that I can pay them $257 for all of the paperwork. Not knowing I agreed. Today Jan 19 2005 I received the package. I called the 1800 number (1800-530-4282)I they said I had to apply in order to get a grant, no grant will be given to me just like that.

I'm on the phone right now on hold trying to get a hold of someone who can help me. They also sent me a certificate for a 1000 dollars that I can spend on a web site called spreeme.com. The site has been down all morning so you can't purchase anything. If anyone when along with this rip off scam I would like to know how to be able to get my money back or to report them to the police.
