I paid for Claude Johnson's education Guitar DVD's and have never recieved them. He will not answer my emails yet keeps sending me more promotion emails ad nausium. He has also deducted AU$21.99 in September and AU$23.61 in October 2014 from my credit card without my authorisation for no service. John

It was an international order and we didn’t have tracking numbers for international orders. The customer never contacted us so we didn’t know that he hasn’t received the package yet. We’d be more than happy to send another set if he only told us.
