I noticed an unauthorized charge of $19.95 on my card from guitarcontrol.com. I sent an email asking for assistance in straightening out this matter. I went back and found a total of four charges in the last twelve months. These charge's were not in consecutive months. I called them and left a message. No response. I sent another email. No response.
